This beautiful apartment in Copenhagen is a typical example of Scandinavian living. It is light, surprising and hip. The owners of this apartment are Kathrine and Thomas.

Together they run a graphical poster company called I Love My Type. That’s also why the walls are covered with original posters, texts and graphics. The Eames DSR chairs give the interior a designers touch. Something you see a lot in Scandinavian interiors.

What do you see in this Danish interior?

For example, the reading area is furnished with a chair by Ole Wanscher and an old bookcase on the wall they found on the flea market. In the study, you see a light and sleek room with bulletin boards on the walls for inspiration and examples of styles. Upstairs in the bedroom is an old filing cabinet (they found on the attic) that serves as a wardrobe and the lamp on the filing cabinet is from Kartell. Furthermore there is a spread of Hay on the bed, there is a chest of drawers from Kartell and a clothes rack that they created themselves.
