Besides that an interior has to be gorgeous to look at with high esthetic designs, it’s also important that it functions very well. Especially when the space is very small, you need to get creative with the space you’ve got. This incredible small but light apartment in Moscow got a make over from the architectural office called int2architecture. When you look at the floor plan, it’s obvious that the space needed a professional to look at. The owners needed as much space as they could get from the apartment. Don’t waste any storage space but be creative with the functions the apartment needs and the space you’ve got.

Some things that stand out on the floor plan are:

* The look through between the living room and the kitchen; which makes the apartment look and feel bigger.

* The small but very efficient balcony.

* The relation between the living room and the bed room.

* The small but luxuries bathroom.

The things I really love about this colorful and functional apartment are written in the images. I could add more things I love about this interior but these are my main things, which I would love to add in my home.

Big fan of those bar stools in a green minty color. I also think that adding the chalkboard wall was bold but it looks so great. It’s not too dark for the small apartment but it gives the kitchen a bit more spice.

You either love or hate this wallpaper. I’ve posted this picture a few weeks ago on my Facebook wall to see what you all thought about it. The outcome of the question: “Wallpaper, Yes or No?” was very mixed. I do love the yellow in this kitchen. It creates a very sunny and happy atmosphere.

My absolute favorite in this picture is the wooden quote on the wall above the bed. I still have to come up with something above our own bed. Maybe this will be it.

They’ve also added a few soft colors to the interior together with some bright colors like the table by IKEA.

Last but not least is the natural lighting that makes this space so spacious and comfortable to live in. I’m really inspired by this interior because of the combination of white and colors, but also because of the creative ideas in the various rooms.
