Do you have a love for something that makes you buy new stuff every time even when you don’t need it? I’ve got a love for bowls. Any kind of bowls. For soup, for sweets, for salads, for noodles. It really doesn’t matter, as long as they look gorgeous, I want to buy them. I’ve been collecting lots of different bowls on my Pinterest board for a while now but I want to share some beauties with you.
Love for bowls: Prints
Any bowl with a gorgeous print is my favorite. They are fun and good to combine with basic bowls. Some of them are handmade which I love even more.
Love for bowls: Bright Colors
The same as with the pattern bowls, fun and bright colored bowls are easy to combine with basic bowls as well. What do you think of the wooden bowls? They would be great for a salad right? They look like Japanese bowls a bit.
Love for bowls: Basics
Basic bowls are must haves. They fit with almost everything in the same style. These beautiful basic bowls are almost all handmade. I love that personal touch. Often they are bit more expensive but they are definitely worth it.
Love for bowls: Gold
Gold as a little touch on a bowl can be very cute. Especially around the holiday seasons, golden bowls are a very good idea to decorate your table with.
Love for bowls: Ethnics
Bowls that come from all over the world. From Asian, South American or African countries are often a bit more firm and bring a story. I’ve seen beautiful bowls from Marocco, Turkey and Mexico. Countries I still have to go.
The bowl with the flowers is a photo I took in Bali at Desa Seni Village. A beautiful yoga resort with lots of great little wooden cottages, lovely food and the best juices!
What are your favorite bowls? And what’s your love for something that you buy all the time?
